Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
We deliver by DPD to the following countries, in Germany shipping with DHL is also possible:

In addition to the stated product prices, we charge flat-rate gross amounts for delivery, which are given above for each country in brackets. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
The shipping fee is as stated above. The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory value-added tax. Since VAT is calculated on the flat-rate shipping fee depending on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping costs can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, only decreased in your favour.
We usually deliver within 2-3 working days. Orders with an order value of € 150.00 or more are free of shipping costs (within Germany).
If individual products are not in stock and have a longer delivery time, you can always see this on the product page.
